Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Playbook Studio HQ. All of our products are digital items (downloadable PDF playbooks). Because of the nature of digital goods, the following policy applies.

Digital products — no returns or refunds after download Our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned and the purchase is non-refundable. There is no physical item to return.

EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) Under EU consumer law you normally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun — provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and downloading the product, you give this consent and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires.

Problems with your order If you experience a technical issue — for example a corrupted file, a broken download link, or you received the wrong product — please contact us within 14 days at theplaybookstudiohq@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue, which may include providing a working file or, at our discretion, a replacement or refund.
